Payment Policy – Button Badge Shop

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for all purchases:

• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

• Payfast (Instant EFT, SnapScan, or available methods)

Payment Terms

• Orders under R 2,000: Payment must be made in full before the order is packed or manufactured.

• Orders of R 2,000 or more:

  • A deposit of seventy percent (70%) and/or an official order number is required to confirm acceptance of the quotation.

  • The final payment is due on the date of delivery, collection, or statement, whichever occurs first.

  • Overdue invoices will incur interest charges of 10% per month.

Credit Card Policy

• Button Badge Shop does not accept online credit card payments.

• We do not store any credit card information. Payment must be made via EFT or Payfast.

Secure Payments

• All EFT and Payfast transactions are processed through secure channels to protect your financial information.
